At the GForGirls Initiative, we hold a fundamental belief that the safety and well-being of children are paramount. Our commitment to child protection is integral to our mission, as we work tirelessly to create environments where children, especially girls, can learn and thrive free from harm.
Training and Awareness: All staff and volunteers are required to undergo regular training on child protection principles and practices. This ensures everyone is equipped to recognize signs of abuse and knows the proper steps to take if they suspect a child is at risk.
Community Involvement: We engage parents, caregivers, and community leaders in our child protection efforts, educating them about children’s rights and how to uphold these rights within their communities.
